Morrocoy is a national park located three hours north of Caracas. The main towns located along the coast emcompassing the park are Tucacas and Chichiriviche. The first time I went to Morrocoy was for my PADI certification and I stayed in Tucacas, both the following two occassions I stayed on the island of Cayo Sombrero. The last time I went to Morrocoy the threat of foul weather forced me to stay in Tucacas. I have never been to Chichiriviche so I cannot comment on it.
